Maggie's Music is proud to announce the signing of acoustic guitar master Al Petteway and his first solo release The Waters and the Wild. This musical tribute to the creeks and waterways of mid-Atlantic America brings together a synthesis of Celtic/British ideas and tunings with American themes and drive. Listen to tasteful accompaniments on pennywhistle, piano, octave mandolin, clarinet, cello, bodhran, tambourine and bells. Al was awarded a WAMMIE from the Washington Area Musicians Association for Best Instrumentalist in the Traditional Folk/Irish catagory.
