Drifting in the Sullen Sea专辑介绍
Highly acclaimed in their native country Wolf Spider were Poland's leading exponents of technical Thrash at the start of the 1990's of which Drifting... was the third of their four albums before the band called it a day in 1991 having been unable to achieve the necessary commercial success to secure the bands future. For a Thrash album this is still very accessible and comes with more than a hint of melody and in particular the opening call to arms of 'Blind Faith', 'Liberated Woman' and 'Inclined' all make a solid impression with the requisite number of intricate riffs and intelligent touches. Whilst they may never have become a household name in Thrash circles fans of this era would be well advised to check them out. In fact if they had been based in the Bay Area as opposed to Eastern Europe their future might very well have turned out decidedly different.
