No doubt influenced by the increasingly popular new wave of British heavy metal, Budgie begin their descent into cliché-ridden metal obscurity with this awful release. The recycled power chords of "Forearm Smash" set the tone, and despite some interesting moments in "Time to Remember," this album certainly ranks as one of the band's all-time lows. Approach at your own risk.
