Desde Cero专辑介绍
Despite what the album title suggests (it means "From Zero"), this is not a sudden change of direction or a new start for the band. They grow up from a rudimentary but fresh reggae sound to more variety and a sophisticated style that mixes the Jamaican genre with pop, salsa, and bossa nova, among other rhythms. And that's exactly what you will find on this album. In this case, they approach other genres, like disco in "Bajo la Lluvia," bolero in "Bolero," and punk in "Desigual." The last two include guests like Mimi Maura and Ciro Pertusi from Attaque 77. After they reached their artistic peak with Mystic Love (the live 1000 Vivos was released between that and Desde Cero), a bit more was expected from the band. It's not that this album is a complete waste of time, but it lacks the hooks and the freshness that accompanied every past record. Specially recommended for fans.
