Haria marks a significant development in Berri Txarrak's discography. For starters, it is the trio's first album without founding member Aitor Goikoetxea (replaced by drummer Galder Izagirre), which means Berri Txarrak are now singer and guitarist Gorka Urbizu's project more than ever. Furthermore, Haria is the most ambitious and expensive production of the band's career, as it was recorded in L.A. with nu metal guru Ross Robinson (Korn, Slipknot, Sepultura, At the Drive-In) at the helm. Layered with abrasive guitars but without losing their pop instincts (or Urbizu's articulate, political lyrics sung in Euskera), Haria is arguably Berri Txarrak's most mature and accomplished work to date.
