MD.45是来自旧金山的四人乐队，现已解散，由Dave Mustaine (Megadeth) & Lee Ving’s于1996年领头组建的旁支计划，Kelly Lemieux贝斯，Jimmy DeGrasso砸鼓。队名‘MD’取自Dave Mustaine名字简写，‘45’取自Lee Ving’s名字的简写的倒序的罗马数字（VL=45），合起来就是MD.45。
MD.45是Dave Mustaine在Megadeth里未挥霍完精力，肾上腺素一上脑搞出的队儿，玩票味较浓，只发行过这张名为“The Craving”的专辑，当时由Lee Ving’s任主唱一职，乐队解散后，Dave Mustaine于2004年Remix并自己演唱了这张专辑。专辑中规中矩，偏老式金属，带Punk性质，再版制作精良。
