After a rather average season 2007, some concerts and festivals had to be cancelled, BOOZED separated from guitarist Marvin due to his weak health at beginning 2008. That wasn’t easy, as the band members were pretty close friends. But looking back, it seems to be the right decision for the band.
With Nico, we found a substitute quite quick. But of course, there were doubts like “;let’s hope that he lives up to his promise“;…;He did! After the first couple of shows, we knew that this guy’s alright!
First highlights like the tours with “;Peter Pan Speedrock“; and the honor of supporting “;Hellacopters“; at their last tour let us taste fresh blood in 2008! Without any exaggeration we can say: “;BOOZED 2009 are hotter than ever! “;
