I had been working on this version for a while, when
suddenly this youtube guy named audiopilota popped
up with a little series of video lessons called:
"Rufus Wainwright-Cigarettes and Chocolate Milk -
How to play piano tutorial". He pretty much nailed most
of it, so I transcribed his ideas (psst, corrected them a
bit), and here is the final result.
