Harmonics that say 2.4 are referreing to the distance between the 2nd and 3rd fret as Dimebag explains in his guitar world column Riffer Madness.
"There are two really cool ones between the 2nd and 3rd frets and the other is at about three quarters of the way. They're pretty hard to get, so once you find 'em make a mental note of exactly where they are"
No other tabs could seem to get the solo right, I've listened to the track at -200% to hear every note and notice he plays the first three notes of the run twice then plays the next 4 notes of the scale moving up a degree each time.
This is the correct solo, watching videos of him playing live you can see him moving hand positions which no other tab could show, so listening to the solo and watching his hand movement I could see what notes he played and what position.
