Guitar Notes: 1. Measures 21-27 are "ad libitum", in
the real score 21-27 is one big measure. This section
is to be played in free time. I had to break it down into
measures for the score checker.
2. The drum effect is achieved by taking the 6th string
and pulling it over the 5th string and holding both
strings ( they must be overlapped ) at the 9th position
on the neck. When the melody comes in, you must
make a bar in the 9th position while holding the 5th
and 6th string so
you can still get the percussion sound to go along with
the melody.
The Jota and lots of variations on it. This is a massive
piece that took me quite a while to complete. The Jota
is a traditional Spanish melody born in the province of
Aragon north of Madrid. Good luck.
